Sunday, June 3rd, 1973
LOS ANGELES, Jun. 3 – The late Jay Sebring’s hair-styling salon, once a hub of the Los Angeles jet-set, has been sold and will be converted to sales offices.
The salon, at 723-729 N. Fairfax Blvd., was sold Friday for $100,000, a release said.
Sebring was among those killed by members of the Charles Manson family at actress Sharon Tate’s house in the summer of 1969. He has been credited with the modern trend of hair-styling for men.
