On 4-3-70, information was received from Mrs. Campion, Probation Officer in Madison, Wisconsin. Mrs. Campion is the Inter-Pact Probation Officer for MARY THERESA BRUNNER. Mrs. Campion stated that the present whereabouts of Mary Brunner were unknown. Mary Brunner did not show up at her place of employment in Madison, Wisconsin on 4-3-70.

On the morning of 4-6-70, Mrs. Campion again phoned stating she had received information that Mary Brunner had left the State of Wisconsin en route to California. This trip was not authorized by the Probation Department and is in violation of the probation agreement.

Deputy Gleason contacted Mr. Wolfe, who is the Supervising Senior Probation Officer in Charge of Mary Brunner's case in California. Upon being advised of the facts, Mr. Wolfe initiated proceedings to have the probation of Mary Brunner revoked.

The facts were presented to Superior Court, Department Northwest C, and a Bench Warrant #A109751 charging Violation of Probation, 470 P.C., no bail, was issued. The Warrant was signed by Judge William J. Rea. The Warrant was forwarded to T.S.D. for filing.
